At LEBEL MADE, we work hard to get your order made, packed, and on its way as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Because many of our products are 3D printed and made to order, processing times may occasionally be longer during busy periods or for larger/custom orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that delivery estimates are separate from our 1–3 business day processing time.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. LEBEL MADE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order information and we will help determine the best next step.
