At LEBEL MADE, many of our products are 3D printed and made to order specifically for you. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including ordering the wrong size, color, style, or quantity.

Please carefully review the product description, measurements, compatibility information, and options before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos showing the item and the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted for the same item only, when approved by LEBEL MADE. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3D Printed Products

Please note that 3D printed products may have minor layer lines, seams, or small surface variations. These are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, and material availability.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or were made incorrectly by us.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because many items are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.
